Rough sketches, partially colored/shaded (5€-10€ or $)

These images have no or simple rough backgrounds. The price depends on how much of the character is shown, how much shading you want and so on. If you want another character on the sketch, that makes +5€.Usually done within a week

Simple portraits (15-20€ or $)

Simple and not too detailed headshots of your character. The price might be raised depending on the complexity of the character.Usually done within a week

Shaded fullbodies without background (25-30€ or $)

These are good artworks if you just want to display the character design. These characters are not meant to perform any actions. They are posing and show their appearance.Usually done within 2 weeks

Scenery illustrations - basic (starts at 55€ or $)

Here, your characters are performing actions, are shaded and have a background. Fullbodies are not always guaranteed since it sometimes might not fit with the composition. If you want 100% of the character shown, communication with me is highly recommended. If you want another character on the artwork, that makes +20€.Usually done within 2 weeks

Scenery illustrations - HIGH QUALITY (starts at 75€ or $)

These are the improved and better versions of the basic scenery illustrations. The image has a higher resolution, strong light effects, many more details and are in general on a higher level.Usually done within 3 weeks

Terms of Service

1. OrderingTo order a commission, you have the option to contact me over Discord (vidakadraws), Instagram (@barkpelt_vidakadraws) or Gmail ([email protected]).
In your message, you will send in your filled form and wait for me to reply! I will do so as soon as I can.2. PaymentMy only method of receiving Payment is PayPal.
I prefer to take payment first, however, I can receive payment by splitting it to 50/50, first half after the order and second half after the first WIP.paypal.me/vidakadrawsI prefer the currency in € but also accept in $!You are able to ask for a refund of course, however only if I didn't start the artwork yet. If I am not past the sketch, you can refund 50% of the payment.If the art is for commercial use, I will ask you to pay an extra fee of 30% of the original price.Keep in mind that the price of the piece differs depending on how detailed your character or the scene is! The scale of price is visible on the commission tab.3. CommunicationWe will discuss further details next to the filled form if required.
After I accepted the commission and both of us are satisfied with the established points, I will expect payment after our compromise (read '2. Payment'). After receiving it, I will be starting the commission.4. Workflow and FeedbackI will send you WIP's (Work-In-Progress screenshots) over the time I work on the piece. Depending if you like it so far, you can give me a confirmation or ask for changes.
I can not change major things of the artworks, such as those that could have been pointed out in the previous WIP.
I am okay with reminders of slow progress, however I do not accept reminders on daily basis or similar.The 'Usually done within .... weeks' of the commission tab are just a rough guide and in case of taking a little longer, you feel free to ask for another WIP if you are worried!After I was able to fit the piece to your expectations and wishes and we both call it done, I will send you the artwork over Gmail in full quality if you tell me you want so.Keep my signature on the artwork and only use it when you provide credit to me (e. g. Write my name 'Vidaka Draws' if you post the artwork somewhere public please, if anyone asks for contact, please be so kind and send them this website :) <3).-I have the full right to decline a commission without providing reasoning. While I hope this will not be the case, I hope you can understand. Even though I separate private relationships from my work, if I had a negative experience with you before, keep in mind that this could influence my decision.
